No violations were <br />noted on this inspection report. <br />NOTES: <br />-Tank 20 was recently changed to Ethanol, the most recent California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) <br />submittal dated 11/30/2020 reflected that change. This product change was not included in the reviewed SPCC <br />plan, dated 12/7/2018; SPCC plan shall be amended with all the necessary changes, as required. <br />Facility has the following above ground petroleum storage tanks: <br />Main Tank Farm - Tanks 21 and 24: 917,196.00 and 2,136,246 (gallons, respectively) <br />Main Tank Farm - Tank 20: 493,626 (gallons) <br />Main Tank Farm - Tank 8: 8,272 (gallons) <br />Main Tank Farm - Tank 16: 25,500 (gallons) <br />Main Tank Farm - Tanks 14, 17 & 18: 624834, 400806, and 735672 (gallons, respectively) <br />Main Tank Farm - Tank 47: 9,702 (gallons) <br />Main Tank Farm - Tank 13, UG-5: 24,654 (gallons) <br />Main Tank Farm - Tank 12: 56,532 (gallons) <br />Main Tank Farm - Tank 10- 9,925 (gallons) <br />To minimize person to person contact EHD is choosing to write the name of person receiving the report instead <br />of having them sign. Starting September 1, 2018, all in-office CERS help will be provided at EHD hourly rate <br />($152).
