The following is an itemized list of CP22 - HMBP violations that have not been <br />addressed for DIAMOND TRANSPORTATION LOGISTIC INC as of July 31, 2025. <br />Open violations from October 17, 2024 inspection <br />Violation #10 - 1010004 -Complete and accurate Hazardous Materials Inventory information electronically <br />submitted. <br />OBSERVATION: The following materials were found on site that have not been reported to CERS. <br />- Approximately 186 gallons of new antifreeze <br />- Approximately 114 gallons of new windshield fluid <br />- Approximately 1,000 gallons of red dye diesel <br />- Approximately 90 gallon tank of new oil, two 275 gallon totes of new oil <br />- Approximately 125 gallon tank of diesel, three 55 gallon drums of diesel <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: Any material that meets or exceeds the reportable quantity shall be reported in the <br />facility's business plan. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTIONS: <br />Immediately log into <br />the <br />California <br />Environmental Reporting System <br />(CERS) at <br />http://cers.calepa,ca.gov/, <br />add the materials to <br />the <br />hazardous <br />material inventory, and submit to <br />the EHD for approval. <br />❑ This violation was corrected ❑This violation will,be corrected by (date): <br />❑ Supporting documents included <br />Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: <br />Violation #11 - 1010005 <br />-Site <br />Map with all required content electronically submitted. <br />OBSERVATION: <br />The site <br />map <br />is incomplete. <br />The site map has inaccurate locations of <br />-fire extinguishers. Please specify locations. 2 were observed in the warehouse and at the exit points of the shop. <br />- absorbent. They were observed in the pit and at one exit point of the shop <br />- propane. They were observed in the warehouse <br />The following were not listed on the map: <br />-eye wash <br />- electrical, water shut offs <br />- various oils through out the shop <br />- new anitfreeze <br />- windshield fluid <br />- various diesel in the shop plus the tank outside <br />The site map is missing entry <br />/exit points between the warehouse, break area and shop <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: site map that contains north orientation, adjacent streets, access and exit points, <br />evacuation staging areas, hazardous material handling and storage areas, emergency response equipment, and, if <br />present, loading areas, internal roads, storm and sewer drains, and emergency shutoffs, as well as additional map <br />requirements the governing body of the unified program agency finds necessary. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at <br />http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, upload the corrector updated information, and submit to the EHD for approval. <br />Page 2 of 3 <br />
