Muir Consulting Geologist and Geophysicist(Muir), <br /> Woodbridge, California representing Mr. Joe Hohenrider,the Responsible Party(RP) for the Luster-Cal <br /> LLC site formerly identified as the Lustre-Cal Nameplate,Inc. (LNC site) and for Griswold Receivers <br /> who until very recently managed the adjacent property formerly identified as the Norma Ackel Trust. <br /> Copies of both permit applications and the SJCEHD-issued well permit numbers are presented in <br /> Attachment#1. <br /> Attachment#2 is the final underground clearance notification provided by Underground Service Alert of <br /> Northern California(USA North)prior to soil borings being drilled. Attachment#3 is Figure 1, a map <br /> showing the final locations for all soil gas wells drilled under permits#WP2501170 and WP2501171. <br /> Attachment 4 is Table 1 that tabulates information regarding the individual soil gas wells and includes: <br /> total drilled depth(in feet); depth(in feet) of soil gas probe installations; sand and bentonite crumble <br /> completion intervals and; specific notes regarding each installed soil gas well. Attachment#5 includes <br /> photographs of each of the final surface completions of the soil gas wells. <br /> All seventeen(17) of the soil gas wells for the two SJECHD permits were completed as"temporary"soil <br /> gas wells. We intend to submit two"well abandonment"permits to SJCEHD for all soil gas wells <br /> installed for our investigation after we have completed our soil gas monitoring work at both sites and <br /> have been directed by the California Regional Water Quality Control Board(RWQCB)to proceed with <br /> site closure efforts.
