It is the owner's responsibility to follow operation and maintenance plan to ensure the system <br /> meets all requirements set forth in the design in conformity with San Joaquin County (OWTS) <br /> Standard. <br /> 6. The SSNL report mentions that the property is supplied with a private domestic well and it was <br /> tested and analyzed by a State Certified Lab.
