ANJOAQUIN Environmental Health Department <br /> r,_TY - <br /> Tiered Permitting Program Inspection Report <br /> Facility Name: Facility Address: Date: <br /> UNIFIRST CORP 1819 N HUNTER ST, STOCKTON July 15, 2025 <br /> Overall Inspection Comments <br /> (Continued from violation #18 above) <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: California Health and Safety Code section 25144 <br /> (b) Reusable soiled textile materials must meet all requirements, including: <br /> (6) The facility prepares a contingency plan that specifies procedures for handling both onsite & offsite emergencies <br /> involving the materials & employees are trained in the execution of the plan. <br /> (c) The facility meets requirements, including: <br /> (2) The waste wash water conveyances & containers are constructed of materials to ensure they are impervious <br /> under the conditions of use & are visually inspected twice a year to ensure that waste wash water is not leaking into <br /> underlying soil. <br /> (4) The facility has a training program in place that ensures facility personnel are able to safely & properly handle the <br /> materials & to respond effectively to offsite emergencies. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Provide a corrective action statement and supporting documentation to the EHD within 30 <br /> days. <br /> An inspection checklist was provided to the facility operator on the day of inspection.
