Therefore they <br /> do not meet the definition of used oil. UniFirst has determined the rags are nonhazardous and thus not subject <br /> to Hazardous Waste Control Laws,including the exemption in section 25144.6 of Health and Safety Code. <br /> Observation 2: New parameter sheet posted. Operation binder has been updated and includes a current copy <br /> of the wastewater discharge permit with the City of Stockton. Please see photos, <br /> Observation 3: Trash has been removed from all non-trash receptacles. Please see training sheet attached on <br /> waste handling. <br /> Observation 4: Proper wastewater log sheet completion was revisited. Please see examples of fully completed <br /> log sheets. <br /> Observation 5: Please see attached PMD document showing the construction materials of conveyances and <br /> containers. UnIFIrst's Preventative Maintenance System UMMS issues daily,weekly monthly and semi-monthly, <br /> semi-annual and annual preventative maintenance for UniFirst's equipment including tanks and conveyances. <br /> Meter readings are taken daily to ensure incoming water and outgoing sewer readings are within range in <br /> additional to the preventative maintenance items listed to monitor for line leakage. The entire UMMS file could <br /> not be printed due to size. Items related to equipment mentioned in the inspection are included. Daily visual <br /> inspection of tanks and conveyances is completed by maintenance staff. <br /> Observation 6: Un!First has contracted with Waste Management to handle all on-site and off-site emergencies <br /> through their network.
