Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM--LOCATION--TEMP°F--COMMENTS <br /> No Temperature Data Collected <br /> NOTES <br /> I went to inspect the back of the plaza stores where dumpsters are located.There is 3 dumpsters, not overflowing but I <br /> observe few litter on the ground. I met the Assistant Manager of Dollar General. She is aware of the complaint as a lot of <br /> homeless are breaking through the dumpsters and broke the door lock. She stated that the Store Manager addressed this <br /> issue to the landlord who sent people to clean up.
