Contact the local fire district, the San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control District, and the local <br /> community development department for any applicable permits and requirements. <br /> 2. Any changes in information and scope of work from those included in this approval letter and <br /> the attached packet must be submitted to EHD for written approval prior to commencing work. <br /> All new addenda supersede the previous ones. <br /> 3. Email notification to ust(@sjgov.org to arrange the following inspection appointments. <br /> All appointments must be scheduled at least 72 hours in advance. <br /> a. Release detection equipment testing: Testing of the newly installed sensors for proper <br /> operating condition, programming, and calibration, in accordance with manufacturer's <br /> instructions. <br /> b. Verification that float cup plugs are not needed. <br /> c. Verification of removal of compartment barriers inside the UDCs, if necessary. <br /> The facility cannot dispense fuel from dispensers monitored by non-functional UDC float & <br /> chain mechanisms. <br /> 4.
