Property owner shall refrain from planting and irrigating the land. <br /> 27 CCR 21140 - Final Cover <br /> Exposed waste was observed along the edges of the slope and on the surface north of <br /> the slope. The edges of the slope where waste is located appears to be disturbed. <br /> A.) The final cover shall function with minimum maintenance and provide waste <br /> containment to protect public health and safety by controlling at a minimum, vectors, <br /> fire, odor, litter and landfill gas migration. The final cover shall also be compatible with <br /> postclosure land use. <br /> B.) Cover areas with exposed waste with clean dirt. <br /> No Areas of Concern <br /> Inspection Report Comments <br /> Notes: <br /> 1. Property owner is to cover areas altered by the July 19, 2024 fire with clean dirt. Waste <br /> removal from the area is not permitted, including concrete from the slopes. <br /> 2. EHD has approved the removal and disposal of surface concrete from the site. Property <br /> owner is to provide EHD with disposal receipts. <br /> 3. Per Arlene Gomez (daughter), the clean closure is currently postponed. EHD will be notified <br /> prior to any site work. No updates given. <br /> 4. Vegetation is at a minimum. <br /> 5. If owners or potential buyers are contemplating any Post Closure Land Uses (PCLUs) for <br /> the site, please be advised that there are additional requirements pertaining thereto.
