Closed Disposal Site Inspection Report (188) <br /> Mulhair Disposal Site (39-CR-0042) <br /> 4/29/2025 <br /> Notes: <br /> 1. Property owner is to cover areas altered by the July 19, 2024 fire with clean dirt. Waste <br /> removal from the area is not permitted, including concrete from the slopes. <br /> 2. EHD has approved the removal and disposal of surface concrete from the site. Property <br /> owner is to provide EHD with disposal receipts. <br /> 3. Property owner provided access to the site for the inspection. <br /> 4. Per Arlene Gomez (daughter), the clean closure is currently postponed. EHD will be notified <br /> prior to any site work. No updates given. <br /> 5. Owner is in the process of working on vegetation control. Some areas of the site were <br /> observed to have high vegetation. <br /> 6. If owners or potential buyers are contemplating any Post Closure Land Uses (PCLUs) for <br /> the site, please be advised that there are additional requirements pertaining thereto. Pursuant <br /> to the PCLU provisions of T27CCR, Section 21190, the PCLU Plan shall be submitted to the <br /> LEA, the Regional Water Quality Control Board (RWQCB), local air district and local land use <br /> agency for review and approval prior to commencing any construction or pre-construction <br /> activities for such PCLU. <br /> 7.
