Please complete and return a copy of the enclosed <br />Emergency Notification Plan to this Department by 04/15/00. <br />1. <br />2. <br />1. <br />2. <br />Lower Sac Plai <br />10100 Lower Sacramento Road, Stockton, CA 95201 <br />Routine inspection <br />At this time, the Department has the following requirements: <br />Clean algae off of the air relief valve on hydropneumatic tank. <br />The bacteriological water quality analysis results for the months of August through December 1999 were not <br />submitted to this Department. Please submit the results by 03/17/00. If samples were not taken then conduct <br />public notification as required by California Health and Safety Code Section 116450 and California Code of <br />Regulations, Title 22, Section 64464.3 (b)(2). <br />The Department has the following recommendations: <br />Provide a downtumed non-threaded sample tap after the hydropneumatic tank. <br />During the inspection, it was noted that the system pressure gauge read in excess of 100 psi. Have the gauge <br />checked to make sure the system is working properly. <br />1. NITRATES: Required annually (CCR, Title 22, Section 64432 (a)). Monitoring was last done on 06/01/98 and <br />is past due. <br />2. NITRITES: Required once every three years (CCR, Title 22, Section 64432 (a). Monitoring was last done on <br />03/18/96 and is past due. <br />3. BACTERIOLOGICAL: Required monthly (CCR, Title 22, Section 64421, 64423 (a)). Continue testing <br />monthly unless a sample tests positive for total coliform. After a positive, four repeats must be taken that same <br />month and five routine samples shall be taken the following month. Please be aware that bacteriological results <br />collected for a system in a calendar month shall be reported to the Department no later than the tenth day of the <br />following month.
