In CERS Jet A <br /> fuel was reported to be a quantity of 8,000 gal but it is held in a 10,000 gal tank and Avgas was reported to be a <br /> quantity of 8,000 gal but it is held in a 12,000 gal tank. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE :The Hazardous materials inventory information must be current and submitted as part of <br /> the business plan. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTIONS: Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS)at <br /> http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, enter the correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for approval. <br /> This is(Minor)Violation. <br /> 14 CA Health and Safety Code 25505(a)(4) 1020002-Provided initial and annual training and maintained training records <br /> for a minimum of three years. <br /> OBSERVATION:Training records were missing for Paula Jessup for the years 2023 and 2022. Paula mentioned that <br /> Training was not offered by NES for that time period. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: The business plan shall include provisions for ensuring that appropriate personnel receive <br /> initial and annual refresher training.All employees shall be trained in safety procedures in the event of a release or <br /> threatened release of a hazardous material, including, but not limited to,familiarity with the following plans and <br /> procedures: <br /> (A) Immediate notification contacts to the appropriate local emergency response personnel and to the unified program <br /> agency. <br /> (B)Procedures for the mitigation of a release or threatened release to minimize any potential harm or damage to <br /> persons, property, or the environment. <br /> (C)Evacuation plans and procedures, including immediate notice,for the business site. <br /> This training shall be documented electronically or by hard copy and shall be made available for a minimum of three <br /> years. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately provide employee training for appropriate personnel and submit a copy of the <br /> training records to the EHD. <br /> FA0021241 PR0519952 SCO01 06/26/2025 <br /> EHD Rev.12/06/2021 Page 2 of 3 CP22-HMBP OIR <br /> 1868 E.
