The Return To Compliance for the 2025 Inspection was due <br /> on 6/30/2025 but was not received until 7/17/2025, 17 days late. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Correct all violations cited on the inspection report provided by the UPA or special inspector <br /> within 30 days. <br /> This is a (Class 2)Violation. <br /> Overall Inspection Comments <br /> An inspection checklist was provided to the facility operator on the day of inspection for the sump only inspection.
