Foothill Landfill <br />Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Page 57 <br />11.0 Annual Report <br />The results of the annual evaluation are included, as required, in the annual report. The annual <br />report deadline is July 15 of each year and is to be certified and submitted online via SMARTS. <br />The annual report is to be kept on file for at least five (5) years. <br /> <br />San Joaquin County must include the following items for the Foothill Landfill in the Annual <br />Report: <br />x A compliance checklist that indicated whether the San Joaquin County facility <br />complies with and has addressed all applicable requirements in the General Permit. <br />x An explanation for any non-compliance with requirements within the reporting year, <br />as indicated in the compliance checklist. <br />x An identification, including page numbers and/or sections, of all revisions made to the <br />SWPPP within the reporting year; and <br />x The date(s) of the annual evaluation.
