On-site personnel were observed wearing appropriate personal protective equipment. <br /> 4. Minimal birds were observed at the active face. Handheld bird bombs are utilized on an <br /> as need basis. <br /> 5. Adequate lighting was provided when there was minimal sunlight. <br /> 6. Onsite litter was minimal at the time of the inspection. <br /> 7. Winter pad is not currently in use but will be utilized during wet conditions. <br /> 8. Rodent bait stations were observed throughout the facility. <br /> 9. Odor and dust were minimal. Facility utilizes water trucks for dust control. <br /> 10. Vegetation was at minimum at the time of inspection. <br /> 11. Measured perimeter soil gas wells for methane concentration: SG-120 = 0% (all 3 <br /> probes) & SG-121 = 0% (all 3 probes) <br /> 12. All records maintained and up to date. <br /> 13. Load check forms have been updated to reflect rejected loads.
