One spotter was directing traffic. Compactor and dozer in operation. 7. No birds observed at active face. 8. No dust due to moist soil conditions. No odor observed. 9. No litter observed off-site. Minimal litter observed on-site. 10. Landfill gas wells SG-123 and 124 were measured during the inspection. 0.0% methane was found in all probes in both wells. 11. Daily occurrences log, daily tons, daily vehicle counts, training record and load check record documents were reviewed and are up to date. 12. The fourth quarter Landfill Gas probes report for the perimeter wells and structures was received and reviewed. All probes were measured, and all results were within the regulatory limits. 12. New operator, San Joaquin County, provided RFI amendment application and JTD update for the new operator per T27 section 21630(b). The application and JTD update were approved by the LEA December 11, 2025. November report Area of concern is resolved. 13. As of January 10, 2026, the site operator San Joaquin County plans to stop routine acceptance of waste on Saturdays and also not accept public self-haul customers. Public self -haul customers will be directed to other County owned sites. Acceptance of waste will be Monday - Friday, 7 am - 5 pm from contracted commercial haulers only. The Solid Waste Facility Permit hours and days will remain as Monday - Sunday, 7 am - 5 pm. The site operator submitted an RFI amendment application to the LEA on December 30, 2025 to update the JTD. 14. The violation on the November report for exceeding the permitted tons per day amount in October is resolved. The site remained within the permitted tons limit per day in November.
