On-site personnel were observed wearing appropriate personal protective equipment. <br /> One spotter was observed at the active face. <br /> 8. Minimal birds were observed. Handheld bird bombs are utilized as needed. <br /> 9. Rodent bait stations observed throughout the facility. <br /> 10. Odor and dust minimal. Water trucks were in use at the time of the inspection. <br /> 11. Vegetation is moderate. <br /> 12. No erosion concerns observed. <br /> 13. Litter is minimal. <br /> 14. Measured perimeter soil gas wells for methane concentrations: SG 120 = 0% (all 3 <br /> probes) & SG 121 = 0% (all 3 probes) <br /> 15. Documents reviewed. <br /> 16. Flare station was off at the time of the inspection. <br /> 17. 5-year permit review is due 10/24/2025.
