On-site personnel were observed wearing appropriate personal protective equipment. <br />One spotter was observed at the active face. <br />8. Minimal birds were observed. Handheld bird bombs are utilized as needed. <br />9. Rodent bait stations observed throughout the facility. <br />10. Odor and dust minimal. Water trucks were in use at the time of the inspection. <br />11. Vegetation is moderate. <br />12. No erosion concerns observed. <br />13. Litter is minimal. <br />14. Measured perimeter soil gas wells for methane concentrations: SG 120 = 0% (all 3 <br />probes) & SG 121 = 0% (all 3 probes) <br />15. Documents reviewed. <br />16. Flare station was off at the time of the inspection. <br />17. 5 -year permit review is due 10/24/2025.
