Inspection was conducted by accessing surrounding properties. <br /> 5. If owners or potential buyers are contemplating any Post Closure Land Uses (PCLUs) for <br /> the site, please be advised that there are additional requirements pertaining thereto. Pursuant <br /> to the PCLU provisions of T27CCR, Section 21190, the PCLU Plan shall be submitted to the <br /> LEA, the Regional Water Quality Control Board (RWQCB), local air district and local land use <br /> agency for review and approval prior to commencing any construction or pre-construction <br /> activities for such PCLU. <br /> 6.
