(HMBP) and Small Quantity Generator <br /> Hazardous Waste (SQG HW) closure <br /> inspections conducted at 1449 W. March Ln. <br /> on 6/27/25. Also attached are guidance <br /> documents on general requirements for <br /> hazardous waste generators and guidance for <br /> non-saleable hazardous merchandise. <br /> The permits for this facility cannot be closed <br /> at this time due to the large quantity of <br /> products and waste observed remaining on <br /> site.The products include but are not limited <br /> to three 5-gallon buckets of paint and <br /> multiple pallets containing cleaning products, <br /> cosmetic products, and totes of stickered <br /> items stored individually in clear plastic bags <br /> marked "Hazardous Waste".The totes of <br /> hazardous waste bags were observed next to <br /> a red binder labeled "Hazardous Waste <br /> Management". <br /> Please be advised that the disposal of any <br /> waste [HSC 5411] or disposal of any <br /> hazardous waste, or the causing thereof, is <br /> prohibited when the disposal is at a facility <br /> that is not permitted or unauthorized for <br /> hazardous waste disposal. [HSC 25189.5(a).]. <br /> Please be aware that all hazardous waste <br /> shall be disposed of under appropriate <br /> hazardous waste manifesting procedure [HSC <br /> 25160(b)(3)].
