The container was full. <br /> IMG_1522 A close up of the contents of the cardboard box at the back of Pallet 2. The boxes and totes on Pallet 2 are haphazardly <br /> stacked with multiple boxes appearing damaged and toppling over backwards toward the <br /> wall behind them. The right side of the boxes in the front right stack of Pallet 2 is visible, <br /> showing cardboard boxes that appear stained with dark liquid and deteriorating. <br /> IMG_1526 Pallets 1 (left), 2 (middle), and 3 (right) observed along the northwest wall of the back <br /> stockroom. The cardboard boxes in the front right stack appear stained with dark liquid <br /> and deteriorating. Hazardous waste was observed in the plastic totes on Pallet 3. <br /> IMG_1527 The contents of a clear zipper seal plastic bag inside a plastic tote on Pallet 3. The bag <br /> contained a bottle of Ajax with bleach with a gap between the container bottom and side. <br /> IMG_1528 The contents of a plastic tote on pallet 3. The contents include several zipper seal clear <br /> plastic bags, each containing one product item. Several products were visible through the <br /> bags, including one bottle of LA's Totally Awesome Cleaner with Bleach, one bottle of <br /> laundry detergent, and one bottle of Castrol Motor Oil. The words "Hazardous Waste <br /> One Waste Per Bag!"were observed on the clear bags containing the cleaner and the <br /> laundry detergent. <br /> IMG_1529 Pallet 3 contained approximately 13 plastic totes. The totes contained individually <br /> bagged items in clear zipper seal bags. The words "Hazardous Waste One Waste Per <br /> Bag!"were observed on multiple bags within the totes. <br /> IMG_1530 Pooled yellow liquid with white chunks was observed at the bottom of the clear plastic <br /> tote on the left and pooled brown liquid was observed at the bottom of the clear plastic <br /> tote on the right on Pallet 3. <br /> IMG_1531 At the bottom of a clear plastic tote on Pallet 3, clear plastic bags with visible absorbent <br /> inside were observed sitting on top of loose absorbent settled along the bottom of the <br /> tote. <br /> IMG_1532 One bottle of FloraLife DCD disinfectant and deodorizer cleaner was observed sitting on <br /> the floor of the back stockroom to the left of Pallet 3. <br /> IMG_1533 The contents of the clear plastic tote at the bottom of the front left stack on Pallet 3. The <br /> tote is approximately 1/3 full of absorbent. <br /> IMG_1534 The plastic totes stacked on pallet 3. They were observed to be haphazardly stacked <br /> with several open and several containing pooled liquids. The contents include multiple <br /> clear zipper seal plastic bags containing a single product with the words "Hazardous <br /> Waste One Waste per Bag!". No hazardous waste labels were observed on the totes. <br /> IMG_1535 Multiple clear plastic zipper seal bags were observed stacked on top of the back right <br /> plastic tote on pallet 3. The bags contained individually bagged products including one <br /> retail size bottle of Windex in a zipper seal bag labeled "Hazardous Waste One Waste <br /> Per Bag!" and one approximately 1-gallon bottle of Joy liquid soap. Multiple individually <br /> bagged products are visible in the tote below the top stacked items. <br /> IMG_1536 Two bottles were observed on the floor to the right of Pallet 3 including one large bottle of <br /> laundry detergent in a clear plastic zipper seal bag sitting in a cardboard box and one <br /> bottle of FloraLife Clear 200 storage and transport treatment for cut flowers sitting behind <br /> the green trash bin stored to the right of Pallet 3. <br /> IMG_1537 Pallets 1 (left), 2 (middle), and 3 (right) observed along the northwest wall of the <br /> stockroom.
