Please ensure all <br /> maps reflect the current state of the facility and include all required elements for the HMBP. <br /> • Violation #13—Closed. <br /> • Violation #14—Open.Training records have not been submitted that include all required HMBP <br /> topics. <br /> Hazardous Waste: <br /> • Violation #5—Open. Hazardous Waste training records have not been submitted. Please see the <br /> comments in the original inspection report to see all requirements for HW training records. <br /> • Violation #7—Open.
