The following is an itemized list of CP22 - HMBP violations that have not been <br />addressed for CALIFORNIA FREIGHT as of January 30, 2026. <br />Open violations from November 05, 2025 inspection <br />Violation #5 - 1010006 -Updated within 30 days of 100% increase or new haz; change of <br />address/owner/name; or change in ops. <br />OBSERVATION: During the inspection, the CERS hazardous materials inventory did not consist of Chemco PAA 15 <br />(55 gallons), Hurricane Special Heavy Duty (55 gallon), and Triumph NB (275 gallons). The business has not updated <br />and submitted the information within 30 days. <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: Within 30 days of one the following events, business shall electronically update the <br />information submitted to the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS): a) A 100 percent or more increase <br />in the quantity of a previously disclosed material. b) Any handling of a previously undisclosed hazardous materials c) <br />A change of business or facility address d) Change business ownership e) Change of business name f)(1) A <br />substantial change in the handler's operations occurs that requires modification to any portion of the business plan. (2) <br />For the purpose of this subdivision, "substantial change" means any change in a facility that would inhibit immediate <br />response during an emergency by either site personnel or emergency response personnel, or that could inhibit the <br />handler's ability to comply with Section 25507 , change the operational knowledge of the facility, or impede <br />implementation of the business plan. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately log into <br />the California Environmental Reporting <br />System <br />(GFRs) at <br />http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, enter the correct or <br />updated information, and submit to the <br />HHD for <br />approval. <br />❑ This violation was corrected ❑This violation will be corrected by (date): <br />❑ Supporting documents included <br />Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: <br />Violation #5 - 1010006 -Updated within 30 days of 100% increase or new haz; change of <br />address/owner/name; or change in ops. <br />OBSERVATION: During the inspection, the CERS hazardous materials inventory did not consist of Chemco PAA 15 <br />(55 gallons), Hurricane Special Heavy Duty (55 gallon), and Triumph NB (275 gallons).
