The following is an itemized list of CP22 - HMBP violations that have not been <br />addressed for CALIFORNIA FREIGHT as of January 30, 2026. <br />Open violations from November 05, 2025 inspection <br />Violation #5 - 1010006 -Updated within 30 days of 100% increase or new haz; change of <br />address/owner/name; or change in ops. <br />OBSERVATION: During the inspection, the CERS hazardous materials inventory did not consist of Chemco PAA 15 <br />(55 gallons), Hurricane Special Heavy Duty (55 gallon), and Triumph NB (275 gallons). The business has not updated <br />and submitted the information within 30 days. <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: Within 30 days of one the following events, business shall electronically update the <br />information submitted to the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS): a) A 100 percent or more increase <br />in the quantity of a previously disclosed material. b) Any handling of a previously undisclosed hazardous materials c) <br />A change of business or facility address d) Change business ownership e) Change of business name f)(1) A <br />substantial change in the handler's operations occurs that requires modification to any portion of the business plan.
