The following is an itemized list of CP22 - HMBP violations that have not been addressed for CALIFORNIA FREIGHT as of January 30, 2026. Open violations from November 05, 2025 inspection Violation #5 - 1010006 -Updated within 30 days of 100% increase or new haz; change of address/owner/name; or change in ops. OBSERVATION: During the inspection, the CERS hazardous materials inventory did not consist of Chemco PAA 15 (55 gallons), Hurricane Special Heavy Duty (55 gallon), and Triumph NB (275 gallons). The business has not updated and submitted the information within 30 days. REGULATION GUIDANCE: Within 30 days of one the following events, business shall electronically update the information submitted to the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS): a) A 100 percent or more increase in the quantity of a previously disclosed material. b) Any handling of a previously undisclosed hazardous materials c) A change of business or facility address d) Change business ownership e) Change of business name f)(1) A substantial change in the handler's operations occurs that requires modification to any portion of the business plan. (2) For the purpose of this subdivision, "substantial change" means any change in a facility that would inhibit immediate response during an emergency by either site personnel or emergency response personnel, or that could inhibit the handler's ability to comply with Section 25507 , change the operational knowledge of the facility, or impede implementation of the business plan.
