Elongation 10%- 20%
Fuel Resistance Excellent
Tensile/Shear Strength (psi) 3,000- 3,500
Effects of Temperature
Product is best used at temperatures between 65'F/ 18'C and 80'F/27'C.
Temperatures below 65'F/ 181 C will slow the cure speed of the material and
viscosities will be higher.Temperatures above 80' F/27'C will cause the material to
cure faster and viscosities will be lower. For consistent dispensing maintain
temperature in the above-mentioned range.
Storage &Shelf Life
Mond shelf life is one(1)year from date of shipment.Shelf life is based on the
products being stored properly at temperatures between 55®F/ 13°C and 75® F
24'C. Exposure to temperatures above 75' F/24'C will reduce the shelf life of
these materials.
General Instructions
iBond adheres well to steel,fiberglass,gel-coat,epoxy,nylon,and acrylics with proper
surface preparation; meaning that the surface is dry, abraded, and cleaned of all loose
material, oil, and fuel residue,or any other contaminants before being applied.
Precautions/Warnings
iBond products are flammable. Keep away from heat, spark, and open flames.Avoid
contact with skin and eyes. Harmful if swallowed. Refer to Material Safety Data Sheet
for complete safety information.
Important Notice
ICON MAKES NO WARRANTIES EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT
LIMITED TO,ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR
A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.Given the variety of factors that can affect the use and
performance of the product, some of which are uniquely within the user's knowledge
and control, user is responsible for determining if Mond is suitable for a particular
purpose and method of application. If the iBond purchased is proved to be defective,
THE EXCLUSIVE REMEDY,AT ICON'S OPTION,SHALL BE TO REFUND THE
PURCHASE PRICE OF OR REPLACE THE ORIGINAL CARTRIDGE OF PRODUCT
PURCHASED. Icon shall not otherwise be liable for loss or damages, direct, indirect,
special, incidental,or consequential, regardless of any legal theory asserted, including
but not limited to,contract, negligence, warranty,or strict liability.
