Machado Dairy Farms #39-3330 <br /> RE: Dairy Farm Employee Housing—Annual Review/Self-Assessment <br /> Dear Mr. Girardi, <br /> Enclosed please find the inspection checklists for the housing units at our dairy <br /> facility. Assessments of the homes were made on February 261" and 27t". My <br /> apologies for not getting this to you earlier, but with one of my family members <br /> going into the hospital, I completely forgot. <br /> As is usual, repairs and maintenance are done on an annual regular basis and <br /> emergency situations (i.e. backed up toilet or sink, heating or air conditioning <br /> problems, broken window or door, etc.) are taken care of right away. As of the <br /> date of the inspections, everything looked good. It was noticed that two of the <br /> homes with accumulated junk in the backyard were being cleaned out and hauled <br /> to the 20-yard dumpster we have onsite to help them accomplish this. Finally, one <br /> home had a minor roof leak that was repaired immediately.
