Per your 4/18/23 directive, we have been working to secure access to three separate parcels for the planned assessment <br /> and well destruction activities. As you know, Mr. Kong in particular has been difficult to track down and we are in contact <br /> with his property manager that will give us access. We have now secured access to all three properties and are working to <br /> submit the assessment and well destruction permit applications to San Joaquin County. Once permits are approved, we <br /> plan to complete field work in August 2023. <br /> Due to property access delays, we are requesting an extension to the current 7/21/23 report deadline.
