The area between the surface seal and the monitoring zone will be sealed with a <br /> bentonite grout or bentonite pellets.The sealing material shall be a graded chip between % inch to 3/8 <br /> inch.An approved product for the bentonite chip seals is "HOLEPLUG", and for the bentonite grout <br /> "QUICK-GROUT" both manufactured by the NIL Baroid Division of NIL Industries, Inc.Technical data <br /> including the recommended mixing procedure for these products are included in Attachment D. <br /> Method of Destruction <br /> In the event the monitoring well must be destroyed,two proposed well destruction plans by method of <br /> detonation which were provided by Tylor McMillan's Well Service, LLC for TW1 is included in <br /> Attachment E. <br />
