RDM Environmental Inc. (RDM) <br />submitted the Fact Sheet on your behalf for the E&R Freeman underground storage tank (UST) <br />petroleum release case at 3138 East Main Street in Stockton (Site). RDM distributed copies of <br />the Fact Sheet to nearby property owners/tenants with a listed public comment period from <br />20 February to 21 April 2023. Copies of the Fact Sheet were also uploaded to the State Water <br />Resources Control Board's online GeoTracker database and Central Valley Water Board's public <br />notice webpage. <br />Central Valley Water Board staff received no comments during the comment period. As such, <br />staff requests that by 4 August 2023 you destroy any and all remaining Site monitoring and <br />remedial wells, remove any Site -derived waste, and submit a well destruction report. In this <br />report, please include copies of all applicable permits and generator copies of applicable waste <br />manifests. As San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (SJCEHD) maintains <br />jurisdictional authority over well destructions in San Joaquin County, please ensure that all well <br />destructions are performed under and in accordance with SJCEHD permits and requirements. <br />If you have any questions or concerns regarding comments in this letter or regarding the Site, <br />please contact Alan Buehler at (916) 464Alv <br />by it at alan.buehler(cr�waterboards.ca.gov. <br />K�1= , <br />Alan M.
