The AESC is responsible for investigating all safety complaints and for <br />reporting the findings to the ESC. <br /> <br /> <br />4. The AESC, or designee, will inspect First Aid Kits once a month to assure <br />that Kits are complete and sign and date the Inspection Form (Attachment <br />C). In addition, the AESC or designee will inspect fire extinguishers once <br />a month, and sign and date Fire Extinguisher Inspection Form <br />(Attachment D.) <br />5. PG&E is responsible for providing electricity to the FHSL. Therefore, <br />PG&E is to be contacted at 466-4581 in case of an emergency related to <br />that utility. <br /> <br />6. The AESC or designee shall inspect all storage areas once a month and <br />sign and date the Storage Area Inspection Form (Attachment E). <br /> <br /> <br />C. Training Steps: <br /> <br />1. The AESC or designee shall review the WEP with all new employees. <br />2. The AESC or designee shall review the WEP once a year with all employees. <br /> <br />3. At least two employees on each work crew shall be First Aid/CPR certified <br />and must be re-certified at expiration. A list of all certified personnel is <br />attached (Attachment A) and will be updated annually. <br /> <br />4. A copy of the WEP has been provided to all FHSL employees. <br /> <br />5. A copy of the WEP is to be posted on the bulletin board. <br /> <br /> <br />
