Relocation Steps: <br /> <br />If a structure is damaged beyond repair, the Emergency Site Coordinator shall: <br /> <br />1. Predetermine minimum space, materials, supplies and equipment <br />requirements. <br />2. Advise the County Office of Emergency Services, at least once a year, of <br />updated minimum operating requirements. <br /> <br />3. Work with appropriate County departments to acquire minimum operating <br />requirements. <br /> <br />4. Move usable records, materials, supplies and equipment to temporary <br />work locations. <br /> <br />5. Coordinate relocation to permanent quarters.
