SITE-SPECIFIC HEALTH AND SAFETY PLAN FOR PHASE II ENVIRONMENTAL SITE ASSESSMENT <br /> Project Team Information <br /> July 7, 2023 <br /> om PROJECT TEAM INFORMATION <br /> 8.1 TRAINING <br /> Site personnel will be trained and certified in hazardous waste operations and emergency response as <br /> follows: <br /> • 40-Hour HAZWOPER Training; <br /> • Annual 8-Hour Refresher[29 CFR 1910.120(e)(8)]; <br /> • First Aid/CPR Training; <br /> • Physical examination consistent with 29 Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) 1910.120 <br /> • (and 8 California Code of Regulations (CCR) 5192, if applicable); <br /> • Supervisory 8-hour Training [29 CFR 1910.120(e)(4)] for the Site Manager/SHSO; and <br /> • Additional training specific to the job being performed (e.g., Fall Protection, Lock Out/Tag Out, <br /> Hot Work, Confined Space, etc.). <br /> 8.1.1 Stantec Health and Safety Requirements- <br /> In addition to the above-mentioned trainings, Stantec personnel are required to have training in a <br /> behavior-based safety program and defensive driving.
