All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public <br />health and must be corrected immediately or be subject to closure pursuant to California Code of Regulations (Title 22) section 65545. <br />VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> #3 Safety Signs <br />OBSERVATIONS: The all in one safety sign was damaged and faded from the sun. Replace sign today and fill in the <br />information on the sign. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Pool operator shall keep safety signs well maintained. (CCR 65535) Safety signs shall have clearly legible <br />letters or numbers not less than 4 inches high, unless otherwise specified. Safety signs shall be affixed to a wall, pole, gate, or similar <br />permanent structure in a location visible to all pool users, unless otherwise specified. (CBC 3120B) <br />This is (Minor - Food) Violation. <br /> #4 Safety Equipment <br />OBSERVATIONS: The nut was missing on the bolt that holds the hook on the safety pole. Replace bolt today. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Safety equipment shall be provided, maintained, readily visible, and available for use. Pools shall have at <br />minimum one 12 foot fixed-length rescue pole with a permanently attached body hook and one 17-inch life ring with an attached throw <br />rope. Throw rope shall be of sufficient length to span the maximum width of the pool and shall be stored to prevent kinking or fouling. <br />(CCR 65540) <br />This is (Minor - Food) Violation. <br /> #22 Skimmer Assembly <br />OBSERVATIONS: One skimmer lacked a weir. Install all parts to the skimmer within three days. (REPEAT) <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Pool shall be equipped to provide continuous skimming of the pool water. All parts of the skimmer shall <br />be maintained in accordance with manufacturer specifications. (CBC 3136B) <br />This is (Minor - Food) Violation. <br /> #30 Pool Equipment and Plumbing Maintained <br />OBSERVATIONS: A leak was observed from the piping near the second filter . Repair leak within one week. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: All equipment related to pool operations shall be installed and maintained in accordance with <br />manufacturer's specifications and shall comply with applicable requirements established by applicable NSF/ANSI-50 performance <br />standards.
