b. BUILDING PERMIT: Submit an"APPLICATION=COMMERCIAL BUILDING PERMIT'. The Site Plan <br /> required as a part of the building permit must be prepared by a registered civil engineer or licensed <br /> architect. This Plan must show drainage, driveway access details including gates, on-site parking, <br /> landscaping, signs, existing and proposed utility services, and grading (refer to the "SITE PLAN <br /> CHECK LIST'for details). Foundation and soils investigation shall be conducted in conformance with <br /> Chapter 18 of the California Building Code at the time of permit application. A fee is required for the <br /> Site Pian review. (Development Title Section 9-408.140) <br /> c. CAPITAL FACILITY FEE:This project may be subject to the Capital Facility Fee. If the Capital Facility <br /> Fee is applicable, the County shall collect the fees before the issuance of any building permits. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-610.070) <br /> d. PARKING: Off-street parking shall be provided and comply with the following: <br /> 1. The first 20 feet of the driveway from West Eleventh Street shall be surfaced and permanently <br /> maintained with a minimum of two (2) inches of asphalt concrete over an appropriate base. The <br /> remainder of the driveway shall be surfaced and permanently maintained with chip seal. Bumper <br /> guards-shall be provided when necessary to protect adjacent structures or properties. All other <br /> areas that are used for vehicular traffic shall be surfaced and permanently maintained with chip <br /> seal. Aggregate base may be used for trailer storage areas. (Development Title Section 9- <br /> 406.080[g][5][6]) <br /> 2. Each trailer parking space shall be ten (10)feet in width and fifty-five(55)feet in length. <br /> 3. Each truck parking stall shall be a minimum of twenty-five (25) feet in length and fifteen (15) in <br /> width and shall have a minimum height clearance of fourteen(14)feet. Phase 1 requires: <br /> A. Three (3) parking spaces shall be provided for the box trucks. (Development Title Section 9- <br /> 406.040) <br /> B. Five (5) parking spaces shall be provided for the repair shop. (One parking space per 1,000 <br /> square feet of building. (Development Title Section 9-406.040) <br /> C. Five (5) parking spaces shall be provided for the trucks with trailers. (Development Title <br /> Section 9406.040) <br /> D. Five (5) parking spaces shall be provided for the trailers.
