(AECOM) prepared the Report for DTSC's Cleanup in <br /> Vulnerable Communities Initiative (CVCI) Discovery and Enforcement (D&E) Program in <br /> accordance with Contract 22-T5019, Task 3. <br /> The Report identifies recognized environmental conditions (RECs) and provides an <br /> assessment of whether a Discovery Investigation is required. The Report was prepared <br /> in accordance with the United States Environmental Protection Agency (USEPA), <br /> Chapter 40 Code of Federal (CFR) Regulations, Part 312, Standards and Practices for <br /> All Appropriate Inquiry: Final Rule (40 CFR 312); and the American Society for Testing <br /> and Materials (ASTM) Standard Practice for Environmental Site Assessments: Phase I <br /> ESA Process (ASTM Standard E1527-13 as updated by ASTM Standard E1527-21). <br /> The Site operated as a dry cleaner from approximately 1968 to 2005. The Site is situated <br /> within a single-story commercial building that consists of two parcels. It is currently <br /> occupied by Best Foot Massage and His Will Insurance. Adjoining properties consist of <br /> residential properties and commercial retailers. Sensitive receptors (e.g., residences, <br /> hospitals, schools, daycare centers) include residential properties and a church located <br /> within 100 feet from the Site. <br /> ® Printed on Recycled Paper <br />
