In a 1 August 2019 letter,Central Valley Water Board staff Tan Cuellar,Advanced Geo Inc.,Stockton <br /> concurred with Antses request. <br /> Central Valley Water Board staff received and reviewed Antes's 29 February 2020 Soil <br /> and Groundwater Investigation Report(Reporfj,which detailed the instal ation of five <br /> new monitoring wells and one soil boring on and around the Buggy Bath property. The <br /> data submitted by Antes in the Report indicate that a release likely occurred during <br /> historical fuel service operations at the Buggy Bath Site. Antea proposed conducting <br /> additional groundwater monitoring to evaluate groundwater quality at the Buggy Bath <br /> property' <br /> With the Buggy Bath investigation complete,Central Valley Water Board staff requests <br /> that you destroy any and aft remaining She wells,and remove any associated Site <br /> waste..San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department(SJCEHD)maintains <br /> jurisdictional authority over well destructions in San Joaquin County,so please ensure <br /> that you obtain all necessary permits and authorizations from SJCEHD prior to <br /> destroying the She wells.
