Other requirements <br /> may also apply. These requirements cannot be modified. <br /> 1) Submit Water Provision Declaration form to the Environmental Health Department for <br /> review. If the EHD determines that the facility classifies as a Small Public Water System <br /> (SPWS), the applicant shall submit a Preliminary Technical Report to the California State <br /> Water Resources Control Board, Division of Drinking Water (Water Board) prior to issuance <br /> of building permits and at least six months before initiating construction of any water related <br /> improvement, as defined. The issuance of a permit to operate a small public water system <br /> by the local primacy agency, EHD, is prohibited without the concurrence of the Water Board. <br /> Please contact Gena Farley at Gena.Farley@waterboards.ca.gov or 209-948-7488 with the <br /> SWRCB Division of Drinking Water concerning the requirements for preliminary technical <br /> report submittal prior to issuance of building permits. <br /> 2) Applicant shall uncover and expose existing leach lines to verify that leach lines are not <br /> being driven over or parked on and minimum 10 feet setback from new barn is met. This <br /> shall be completed under a consultation permit and inspection with the <br /> Environmental Health Department. The fee will be based on the current schedule at <br /> the time of payment. <br /> 3) Any geotechnical drilling shall be conducted under permit and inspection by The <br /> Environmental Health Department (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9- <br /> 601.010(b) and 9-601.020(i)). <br /> 4) Before any hazardous materials/waste can be stored or used onsite, the owner/operator <br /> must report the use or storage of these hazardous materials to the California Environmental <br /> Reporting System (CERS) at cers.calepa.ca.gov/ and comply with the laws and regulations <br /> for the programs listed below (based on quantity of hazardous material in some cases).
