2024 1 was finally able to obtain a price quote and service contract to drill and install the <br /> single groundwater monitoring well on March 25, 2024. <br /> There should have been no costs incurred by SJCEHD staff under this permit to date. <br /> Accordingly, attached to this letter are signatures of a Cal-Nev Geo Exploration, Inc <br /> officer agreeing to relinquish permit WP0044766 to Krazan and Associates. An officer <br /> for Krazan and Associates has also signed this letter that documents that Krazan and <br /> Associates accepts the project under the permit requirements. In addition, a copy the <br /> SJCEHD Licensed Contractors Declaration for Workers Compensation Declaration and <br /> Authorization for Other Than C-57 Signing Permit Application for Stephen G.
