6.0 ORGANIC VAPOR MONITORING <br /> The organic vapor concentrations (as measured by the OVM) in the breathing zone of the <br /> individual working closest to the vapor source will be monitored as needed. Respirators must be <br /> worn if the concentrations are equal to or greater than the TLVs for the chemicals exposed. <br /> 7.0 EMERGENCY RESPONSE PROCEDURES <br /> 7.1 PHYSICAL INJURY <br /> In the event of an accident resulting in physical injury, apply first aid. Severely injured personnel <br /> are to be transported only by paramedics and/or by ambulance personnel. At the hospital, a <br /> physician's attention is mandatory regardless of how serious the injury appears. <br /> The Project Manager is to be notified by the Site Safety Officer,as soon after the injury as practical, <br /> regarding the nature of the accident.
