(Frey). The case is <br /> located at 135 Miner Avenue in Stockton (Site). <br /> In the Work Plan, Frey proposes to advance four off-site cone penetrometer (CPT) <br /> borings to approximately 100 feet below ground surface (ft bgs), install three shallow <br /> groundwater monitoring wells screened between approximately 15 and 35 ft bgs, and <br /> install one deeper screened groundwater monitoring well screened between <br /> approximately 55 and 60 ft bgs. <br /> Central Valley Water Board staff concurs with the scope of work presented in the Work <br /> Plan.
