I'm getting back from leave and catching up on emails. I also saw Lynsey's email regarding the 2024 inspection and will respond to that separately. OBSERVATION: An overfill prevention equipment inspection was performed on 8/28/24 and a test report was submitted on 10/2/24, 5 days late. This is a duplicate violation which was addressed last year. See email to Lynsey from 12/12/24: "Corrected with submittal of test report. Requested that tester submit future test reports on time." OBSERVATION: Rubber seals were found to be torn, cracked, and sections were missing from the lids of the 91 and diesel STP sumps. Pending update/repairs by local maintenance provider. OBSERVATION: Maintenance and monitoring records for the last three years were not found on site. The repair monitoring certificate test results for the S7 vac sensor replaced on 7/18/2024 were not on site. We have no record of receiving the test results in question from the provider, Walton Engineering, who is no longer in business. Please advise how to proceed. OBSERVATION: According to the work order dated 9/4/24 on site,the S2 "Rul Sumps Vac" sensor was replaced on 8/15/24 and a permit was not obtained from the EHD. S2 was not replaced on 8/15/24. See attached email from Walton from last year clarifying. OBSERVATION: An inspection was last done on 12/4/2024 and an inspection report was issued identifying information to be submitted to bring this site into compliance.This information was required to be submitted by 1/10/2025.
