The dates have been whited out with new dates added. <br /> -The Letter of Chief Financial Officer has had the same amounts listed since 6/14/2015 submittal. <br /> REGULATIONS GUIDANCE: § 2613 (a)(7) Certification of Financial Responsibility in accordance with section 2809.1§ <br /> 2809.1 (a) Owners and operators must maintain evidence of all mechanisms used to demonstrate financial responsibility <br /> in accordance with the provisions of this article until the provisions of this article no longer require such maintenance. <br /> Such evidence must be maintained at the underground storage tank site or sites or the owner or operator's place of <br /> business. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Submit a complete and current Certification of Financial Responsibility, or other mechanism of <br /> financial assurance within 30 days. <br /> This is a Repeat(Class 2)Violation. <br /> 7 23 CCR 16 2613(a)(8) and (b), 2630(b) 2011004 -Owner/Operator submitted DO form within 30 days of UST install or <br /> DO change (TCR 10) <br /> OBSERVATION: A new designated operator, Kaleb Winkler, began conducting inspections on 2/6/2026 and notification <br /> was not provided to the EHD within 30 days of the change. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: § 2613(a)(8), § 2613(b), § 2630(b)Within 30 days of any change to the designated <br /> underground storage tank operator(s), the owner or operator must submit to the Unified Program Agency information <br /> identifying the designated underground storage tank operator(s)for the facility.
