A complete report was finished on April 30, 2026 and replaces <br /> the initial checklist. <br /> The following were amended from the initial checklist: <br /> - language in Overall Inspection Comments <br /> - Added: #6 (2011008), #7 (2011004), #34 (2031017), #40 (2011002) <br /> Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form to the email RTC@SJGOV.ORG with a <br /> statement documenting the corrective actions that have been or will be taken for each violation, and any supporting <br /> paperwork, by May 30, 2026 for minor violations or by June 29, 2026 for all other violations. <br /> To minimize person to person contact EHD is choosing to write the name of person receiving the report instead of <br /> having them sign. <br /> Starting July 1, 2025, all in-office CERS help will be provided at the EHD hourly rate ($179).
