As this is part of the piping <br /> primary system it was included in the previously witnessed air/soap test and should not be <br /> subject to higher pressures. <br /> As the project has been delayed and the County is anxious for the fueling facility to reopen, <br /> your approval of the air test on the primary piping system is awaited.
