ATC Group <br /> Services Inc (ATC) submitted this Fact Sheet for the BP #172 (Thrifty) underground <br /> storage tank (UST) petroleum release case at 7647 Pacific Avenue in Stockton (Site). <br /> ATC distributed copies of the Fact Sheet to property owners/tenants nearby to the Site <br /> with a listed public comment period from 27 April to 27 June 2023. Staff uploaded a <br /> copy of the Fact Sheet to the Central Valley Water Board's public notice webpage. <br /> Central Valley Water Board staff received no comments during the comment period and <br /> requests that you destroy any and all remaining Site monitoring and remedial wells and <br /> remove any associated Site waste. San Joaquin County Environmental Health <br /> Department (SJCEHD) maintains jurisdictional authority over well destructions in San <br /> Joaquin County. Please ensure that the wells are destroyed in accordance with <br /> SJCEHD permit requirements.
