Main St. Manteca, CA <br /> Good morning Saundra, <br /> am so sorry for your loss, and I can appreciate that this is a difficult time to schedule anything. <br /> We do need to conduct the inspection, but you shouldn't have to be there personally.We would just need to <br /> establish permission for the inspection,which we could do via email and then anyone who can grant us access <br /> can meet us on site. Is there anyone local with keys? <br /> Our protocol prior to all inspections is to request permission for the inspection and to take photos/samples if <br /> necessary.
