REVISED CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> PA-2500410 <br /> ALGER FAMILY INVESTMENTS I JEFF ALGER <br /> Lot Line Adjustment and Merger Application No. PA-2500410 was approved by the Community <br /> Development Department on April 9,2026, which is the effective date of approval. This approval will <br /> expire on October 9, 2027, which is 30 months from the effective date of approval, unless a Notice of <br /> Lot Line Adjustment has been recorded and a Record of Survey has been filed, if required by the Land <br /> Surveyors'Act. <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Ordinance Requirements shall be complied with prior to approval of a <br /> Notice of Lot Line Adjustment. <br /> 1. COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT(Contact Staff: (209)468-3121) <br /> a. APPROVAL: This approval is for a Lot Line Adjustment between two parcels as shown on the site <br /> plan dated December 16, 2025. <br /> b. NOTICE OF LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT:A"Notice of Lot Line Adjustment"shall be recorded prior <br /> to conveyance of property through deeds by the owner. Legal descriptions of the resultant <br /> properties shall be submitted to the Surveyor's Division for review and forwarding to the <br /> Community Development Department.
