Henry Road. Parcel 2 is accessed from <br /> E. Dodds Road. All parcels are under the same Williamson Act contract; located on the <br /> east side of S. Henry Road, 1,620 feet north of Dodds Road, Farmington. <br /> (Supervisorial District 4) <br /> OWNERS: Alger Family Investments APPLICANT: Same <br /> ADDRESS: 10750 S Henry Road, Farmington APN: 207-100-04, -06 <br /> INFORMATION: <br /> The site is not currently located within a Federal Emergency Management Agency Designated <br /> Flood Hazard Area. <br /> Henry Road has a variable right-of-way width of 55-60 feet and planned right-of-way width of 60 <br /> feet. <br /> Dobbs Road has an existing right-of-way width of 40 feet and a planned right-of-way width of 50 <br /> feet. <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS: <br /> 1) A Recorded Deed is allowed, but if points or lines are set, a Record of Survey is required to <br /> be filed with the County Surveyor.
