Therefore, it meets the requirements of <br /> Development Title Section 9-406.060(i)that states ingress and egress areas that connect <br /> to a paved road or highway shall also be surfaced and permanently maintained with <br /> asphalt concrete or Portland cement concrete. Additionally, the project will require an <br /> Encroachment Permit through the Department of Public Works, which will ensure the <br /> driveway entrance will be developed to County standards. <br /> 7. The proposed use complies with all applicable provisions of this Title. <br /> • This finding can be made because the project Conditions of Approval contains all <br /> development regulations applicable to the project.
