Disposal Facility (Site) Inspection Report (52) <br /> Forward Landfill, Inc. (39-AA-0015) <br /> 2/12/2026 <br /> Notes: <br /> 1. Litter was not observed on neighboring properties and litter on site was light. Observed staff <br /> picking up litter. <br /> 2. Tarps, overs and soil are used for daily cover. <br /> 3. Light track out observed. <br /> 4. Records were reviewed. <br /> 5. Odor was moderate. <br /> 6. Currently, the winter pad is being utilized for disposal (WMU-FU24 Phase 1). <br /> 7. The weather during the inspection was 61°F with a southeastern windspeed of 7 mph. <br /> 8. The facility is no longer receiving fire debris, as of February 11, 2026, and the emergency <br /> waiver is no longer in effect. <br /> 9.
