Disposal Facility (Site) Inspection Report (52) <br /> Forward Landfill, Inc. (39-AA-0015) <br /> 1/23/2026 <br /> Notes: <br /> 1. Daylighting and ponding observed outside of the asbestos area (FU-17AA). Operator <br /> corrected the issue. <br /> 2. Litter was not observed on neighboring properties and litter on site was moderate. <br /> 3. Tarps, overs and soil are used for daily cover. <br /> 4. Light track out observed. <br /> 5. Minor erosion channels observed on the slope west of the active face. Operator shall repair <br /> the erosion channels when possible. <br /> 6. Records were reviewed. <br /> 7. Odor was light. <br /> 8. Currently, the winter pad is being utilized. WMU-FU24 Phase I is being used for disposal. <br /> 9. The weather during the inspection was 450F with an eastern windspeed of 2 mph and <br /> dense fog. <br /> 10. The facility is still receiving fire debris, and the emergency waiver is still in effect. <br /> 11.
