The drainage system shall be designed and maintained to prevent exposure of <br /> waste. <br /> B. Operator shall ensure erosion channels and daylighting are repaired and/ or <br /> covered when first observed and as soon as feasible. <br /> Inspection Report Comments <br /> Notes: <br /> 1.Water trucks are used for dust control. <br /> 2. Litter was not observed on neighboring properties and litter on site was light. Observed staff <br /> picking up litter. <br /> 3. Tarps, overs and soil are used for daily cover. <br /> 4. Track out and odors were light. <br /> 5. Records were reviewed. <br /> 6. Currently, the winter pad is being utilized for disposal (WMU-FU24 Phase 1). <br /> 7. The weather during the inspection sunny and clear. <br /> 8. The LEA was notified that a load of radiation from Stericycle was received by the landfill on <br /> February 23, 2026. The load is isolated and is currently at the landfill. <br /> 9. The gas meter was calibrated on the morning of the inspection. <br /> 10. Loads were covered and drivers were observed wearing proper PPE. <br /> 11.
